Animation is the rapid display of a sequence of images of two-dimensional artwork to create an illusion of movement. In this class students learn the basics of hand-drawn animation including character animation, timing, and pacing of movement. Children design their own animations that will be loaded onto a CD and viewable on a computer. Advanced lessons are provided for those who have animated before.
